Hi,

If you are facing problem with extract audio becoming PRO feature now, and want to know how to remove it for seamless exports you can read the below posts:

@admin

the above articles could not help. note i am using windows 11 and capcut pc version.

I think this is a technical issue or some type of mistake from capcut that they store my data as pro or labelled as pro. i uninstalled the latest version and install older version. but after some hours even without update or anything else with same older version it says you are using following pro feature even tho i just dragged and drop image/audio from my media without utilising any feature or even without editing. in the attach file you can clear sea i don't edit anything but still says you are using pro.

@jatt-gondal-5 Hi, We think this issue is very technical in nature and can only be addressed by the technical support team. We are presuming you went through all the steps mentioned in the earlier posts whose links we have shared above. In this case we recommend you to write a detailed email to [email protected]. Mention the issue you are facing, if possible, attach all the screenshots. They should be able to help you with this.

It's even worse than you think. Even if you export audio from a video yourself outside of the app and import it into Capcut, it will flag it as if you used their Pro Export Audio feature. This is ridiculous. They're acting like doing basic editing yourself is a use of their pro features, just because they happen to be imported into their tool at the end.

This is a great problem much people are having including me. There is a reddit post on the topic: removed link

CapCut introduced the new restrictive policy of using any imported audio is detected as extract audio and is impossible to export your video. On march you started this with an update, but there was a workaround by cut-paste all audio and exporting was possible.
On april you guys did persist the error even in this case.
If we are not able to import our own audios and use them as we need this is no longer a video editor. If this is a bug you should make a hotfix right now for everyone and appologize with community for the problems.
I'ts not admissible to treat this MAJOR BUG as an individual problem.

This is essensially the worst video editor tool ive ever used. How can i not be able to export a video simply because im importing my own audio into it? Deleting immedialtely

Yeah no, if I can't add my own audio to a video I'm making, even if it's essentially just a slideshow with audio in the background? CapCut got too freaking greedy.

I hardly use the app but every time I get on, there's some restricted feature that previously wasnt.
Just noticing this after exporting literally only twice today.
Marketed as a free app but a majority of its function is not free at all. Misleading and borderline fraudulent.

No comment from Capcut on this? This is ridiculous! Remove this nag if you can't fix the bug.

I tried many things to get around this: clipping only part of the audio, chancing pitch, saving to flac, different bitrate. One thing that finally worked was saving the file as WAV.

Its obvious this is a trap to get you to sub. Its been like 10 months and its not fixed. Shitty way to do business.
