Dear CapCut Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently purchased the CapCut Pro subscription via the web, and I was not aware of the promotional offer on the mobile app for first-time subscribers, which was priced at 1780 EGP for the first year. After subscribing on the web, I noticed that this offer was no longer available on my mobile app.

Given the significant price difference (700 EGP), I would kindly request assistance with either:

  • A refund of the price difference between the amount I paid for the web subscription and the promotional price available on the mobile app,
    or

  • Guidance on how to proceed with a refund and whether the first-time promotional offer (1780 EGP/year) will be available again if I cancel my current subscription and subscribe through the mobile app.
