ID CANT BE UPLOADED AGAIN

I just wanted to withdraw my money, and then this message appeared. I can’t skip it, and I also can’t verify my ID anymore, so I’m unable to confirm my age. I could be earning money, but because of this annoying bug I can’t cash it out :/ Please do something about this!!

Hi,

You have already earned money and a technical block is stopping you from withdrawing it. Other people have faced this issue and this is a known issue with CapCut monetization / age verification, and it happens exactly the way you described.

Below is the most reliable way to get unstuck, plus what won’t work so you don’t waste time.

Why this happens?

  • CapCut locks age verification once an ID upload fails or glitches

  • The app then shows “ID can’t be uploaded again”

  • There is no in-app reset button

  • Reinstalling the app does NOT fix it

  • This is not your fault as it is a backend verification lock

What will work in such cases?

1. Contact CapCut Support from inside the app

This is critical as emails alone are ignored unless you do this first.

Steps:

  1. Open CapCut

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Tap Settings

  4. Tap Help Center

  5. Tap Feedback / Report a problem

  6. Choose:

    • Monetization

    • Age / ID verification

  7. Clearly explain:

    • You cannot upload ID again

    • You cannot skip verification

    • You are blocked from withdrawing earnings

    • This is a system error

Important: Ask them to reset your age verification manually

2. Send a follow-up email by referencing your in-app report

After submitting in-app feedback, email:

Include:

  • Your CapCut username

  • Country

  • Approximate date the error appeared

  • Screenshot of the error (if possible)

  • Mention: “Age verification is locked due to a system bug. I need a manual reset to verify again and withdraw earnings.”

This combination of in-app + email has the highest success rate.

Below will generally not work in your case:

  • Reinstalling CapCut
  • Logging in/out
  • Switching devices
  • Waiting (it does NOT auto-reset)
  • Creating a new account (earnings won’t transfer)

Important points about your earnings

  • Your money is not lost

  • Earnings stay linked to your account

  • Once verification is reset and completed, withdrawal unlocks immediately

If support doesn’t reply (backup option)

If you get no response after 7–10 days:

  • Submit another in-app report

  • Change wording to: “Unable to access earned funds due to age verification system error”

This portrays the message it as a payment-access issue, which is prioritized.
