Dear CapCut Support,

I am a well-known capcut template creator going by the name of " jm' " amassing 13,500+ followers on capcut and millions of uses on the app and I believe I have made a significant impact on the new template creators in the Uk who implement my style of templates into their own way. 

However, I have a problem. 

My account seems to have been glitched for about a year now where it says, 

"Service is unavailable in your country/region".

This happens when I try to do creator tasks, despite the fact that I live in the uk and made my account in the uk. I also have not had a creator level or levelled up for several months as I seem to have been removed from this creator level up system due to the same reason that its " not available in my country / region " which is the uk. I also do not show up on leaderboards anymore and I have missed out on many features such as the insights under my template where I can see total rewards earned, views gathered and uses gathered per week. I have been on CapCut since early January 2024 and view this as unfair to me that I am unable to experience these features and do not even get a reply back on surveys or any emails I fill out. I feel left out and have no idea why this is happening.

I also do not use VPN to make edits or to create my account so I am confused why I am limited.

  • A backend glitch where your creator program eligibility is stuck from a previous update.

  • An outdated country tag in CapCut’s database for older UK-based accounts created before the Creator Center’s region expansion.

  • Reward Center vs. Creator Center desync — your Reward Center still works (as shown), but the Creator Center (which manages levels and insights) isn’t recognizing your region.

Step-by-Step fix and best action plan

1. Verify your account region (inside CapCut)

Go to:

Profile → Settings → Language & Region → Region

Ensure it’s set to United Kingdom (not “English (Global)” or “United States” — those can trigger errors).

If it’s already UK, move to the next step.

2. Re-login & Clear Cache

  • Log out of your CapCut account completely.
