I was never able to find the unsubscribe button on my Windows CapCut version. Is it legal to not allow us to unsubscribe?

My Window version does not have the unsubscribe feature.

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you cancel your subscription:

  • Option 1: Through the CapCut Desktop App
    • Open the CapCut app on your Windows PC.
    • Navigate to the "Spaces" area from the home screen.
    • Click near the top where it says "Upgrade".
    • Look for a small, easily overlooked "Cancel" button beneath the upgrade options.
    • Click "Cancel" and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
    • Note: Sometimes this button can be hard to find and may not appear if you are already subscribed.
  • Option 2: Through the CapCut Website
    • Go to the CapCut Website: Open a web browser and go to the official CapCut website (capcut.com).
    • Log In: Sign in to your CapCut account using the credentials associated with your subscription.
    • Access Profile or Settings: Look for your profile picture or account icon, located in the top right corner of the page. Click on it to open a dropdown menu.
    • Find Subscription Settings: In the menu, find the option related to "Settings," "Subscription," "Membership," or "Manage Auto-Renewal." Click on the relevant option.
    • Cancel Subscription or Auto-Renewal: Within the subscription settings, you will find an option to cancel your plan or disable auto-renewal. Click on this option.
    • Confirm Cancellation: Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your decision to cancel the subscription.

Alternative: Cancel via CapCut Mobile App
