My projects were created on the iPhone with the cut cut app and for a few days I have no longer been able to upload them to my cupcut cloud space, "ninapallina space", something I was able to do in the past, cupcut is updated, the phone's operating system. Also. The projects in question can all be opened and edited from the mobile phone with which I created them, but uploading to the cloud gives an error, it says IMPOSSIBLE TO LOAD, the file does not exist. Even sending the link via email says THE LINK IS NOT VALID.

Can you help me?

Hi,

You are getting an "IMPOSSIBLE TO LOAD, the file does not exist" error (or "Impossibile caricare / Il file non esiste" as shown in your screenshot) when trying to upload CapCut projects from your iPhone to your "ninapallina space" cloud storage, even though the projects work fine locally and everything is updated. The related "invalid link" error when sharing likely stems from the same root cause – the project isn't successfully registering in the cloud.

CapCut is unable to find the original project file when trying to upload it to the cloud. Since the project opens fine on your iPhone, the file does exist locally, but the app can't locate or access it for uploading.

Here are a few targeted things you can try to fix this:

  1. Check CapCut Cloud Storage:

    • Is your "ninapallina space" full? Even if the project file itself isn't huge, cloud storage has limits. Go into your CapCut account settings and check the available space in your cloud storage. If it's full or nearly full, you might need to delete older projects or upgrade your storage.
  2. Check if the original media files are still on your device
    • Sometimes if you imported video/images from your gallery and later deleted or moved them, CapCut can still show the project but can’t export/upload it.
      • Open the project
      • Tap on each clip and see if any are marked as “missing” or have exclamation points
      • If anything is missing, try re-importing those files
  3. Check Internet Connection:

    • Ensure you have a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. Sometimes cellular data can be less reliable for large uploads. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular (if available) to see if one works better.
  4. Restart Everything:

    • Force Quit CapCut: Double-press the home button (or swipe up from the bottom on newer iPhones) to show open apps, then swipe up on the CapCut preview to close it completely.
    • Restart your iPhone: A simple reboot can often clear temporary glitches. Turn your iPhone off completely and then back on.
    • Try uploading again after restarting.
  5. Investigate the Specific Project:

    • Missing Media Files: Although the project opens, CapCut might have trouble locating all the original media files (videos, photos, audio) used within that specific project when preparing for the cloud upload. Ensure all the source files used in the "Galapagos acqua aria terra fuoco" project (and others failing) are still present on your iPhone in their original locations. If you moved or deleted any source files after creating the project, this could cause the error.
    • Try a Different Project: Attempt to upload a different, perhaps simpler or older project that previously uploaded successfully. Does it work? This helps determine if the issue is with all uploads or just specific projects.
    • Try a New Project: Create a very simple new project (e.g., with just one photo or short clip) and try uploading that to your cloud space. If this works, it further suggests the issue lies within the specific complex projects you're trying to upload.
  6. Duplicate the project
    • This can sometimes reset broken links inside the app.
      • In CapCut, go to your project list
      • Tap the three dots on the affected project → Duplicate
      • Try uploading the duplicate version to the cloud
  7. App Cache / Re-login:

    • Log Out and Log Back In: Go into CapCut's settings, log out of your account, close the app, reopen it, and log back in. This can sometimes refresh the connection to your cloud space.
    • Clear Cache (Indirectly via Reinstall - Use with Caution): iOS doesn't usually offer a simple "clear cache" button for apps. The most effective way to clear everything is to delete and reinstall the CapCut app. Warning: Before doing this, ensure any projects not already backed up elsewhere (like your cloud space, which is the current issue) could be lost. If you have important projects only saved locally on the app, consider exporting them as video files to your Photos app first as a backup. After reinstalling, log back in and try uploading again.
  8. Rename the project
    • Strangely, renaming sometimes resolves sync issues with the CapCut cloud.
      • Tap the project’s three dots → Rename it (e.g., add “v2”)
      • Then try uploading again
  9. CapCut Server Issues:

    • Occasionally, the problem might not be on your end but with CapCut's servers. Check online (e.g., on social media or forums) to see if other users are reporting similar cloud sync issues. If it's a widespread problem, you may just need to wait for CapCut to fix it.
  10. Re-save the Project:

    • Open the problematic project on your iPhone. Make a tiny, insignificant change (like adjusting the position of a clip slightly and then putting it back). This sometimes forces the app to re-index or re-save the project's structure, which might help the upload process. Try uploading after doing this.
  11. Check iPhone storage permissions
    • If CapCut can't access your storage or Photos library properly, it might not find the file.
      • Go to Settings > CapCut
      • Make sure Photos is set to "All Photos"
      • Make sure Local Network and Mobile Data are enabled too
  12. Check if you’re logged into the right CapCut account
    • Sometimes CapCut logs you out or into a different space.
      • Tap your profile icon (top right in CapCut)
      • Make sure you're logged into the account associated with ninapallina space
      • Check if you’re inside the correct “Team Space” if you use Team Collaboration
  13. Reinstall CapCut (safely)
    • You mentioned you're concerned about losing Pro access or projects — and rightly so. Here's how to reinstall safely:
      • First, back up all your projects:
        • Export them as drafts (.capcutproject file if possible)
        • Or screen record the timeline just in case
      • Then uninstall and reinstall the app
      • Log back into the same CapCut and iCloud account
      • Try uploading again

Start with steps 1-4 as they are the least disruptive. If those don't work, move on to investigating the project (step 5) and then the app/account itself (step 7). Reinstalling (step 13) should be one of the last resorts due to the potential for data loss if not backed up. If none of these steps work, it might be a bug in the current CapCut version or a server-side issue, and reaching out to CapCut technical support through the app's feedback/help section or by writing an email to [email protected] might be necessary.
