I have pro but can't use Pro elements

This is a CapCut Pro license recognition issue, and it’s actually a common glitch between the desktop app and CapCut Web/CapCut Mobile.

Why it happens

1. Account mismatch – Sometimes the desktop app logs you into a different account (Google/Apple/TikTok login mix-up) than the one where your Pro is active.

2. License sync bug – Even if you’re logged in correctly, the CapCut desktop app may fail to sync your Pro subscription status, especially after updates.

3. Region / server issue – CapCut Pro validation runs on different servers than TTS voices. If those servers are slow or down, the app can temporarily think you don’t have Pro.

4. Cached session problem – The desktop app may still have an old cached session that doesn’t refresh your subscription status until you force it.

Fixes to try

1. Log out and log back in in the desktop CapCut app. Make sure you use the exact same login method you used when buying Pro.

2. Clear cache:

   • On desktop, go to Settings → Cache → Clear and restart the app.

3. Force a re-sync:

   • After logging back in, go to any Pro feature (like a Pro effect) and see if it asks to “restore purchase.” Click that.

4. Check if it’s tied to Teams:

   • If you upgraded from Pro → Teams, sometimes the individual Pro seat gets lost until you assign it properly under Team settings.

5. Reinstall CapCut Desktop (don’t worry, projects are stored in your local folder, but back them up just in case).

6. Fallback: For now, since you confirmed CapCut Web still gives you Pro TTS, you can generate audio there and import it to Desktop until the bug clears.

This issue clears after either a cache wipe or a reinstall. If not, you may need to contact CapCut support so they manually refresh your subscription sync on desktop.
