Hello, I am a CapCut content creator, and I’ve been facing an issue for a while — the growth tasks don’t appear for me. The only one I see is ‘share a template on TikTok to earn a point,’ but even if I share, I don’t get any points. Because of this, my score hasn’t increased for a long time.
I work really hard and put in a lot of effort, and it makes me sad not to see progress. This week alone, my templates were used 90,000 times, and I’m currently ranked 58th among content creators in Turkey. I’ve emailed support many times but only received automatic replies, and the issue is still not solved.
