I am automatically deducted to my card but my capcut account says I am not subscribed. How can I detect the account I am paying

This happens when CapCut subscription is linked to a different account than the one you are logged into. The payment goes through, but the app doesn’t recognize it because you are using another login. Here is how you can detect which account is actually paying.
Check which platform is charging you
First find where the subscription is billed.
Look at your bank/card statement and check the description. It usually shows something like:

Apple / iTunes → subscription from Apple App Store

Google / Google Play → subscription from Google Play Store

ByteDance / CapCut → direct payment to CapCut
This tells you where the subscription is managed.
If you paid through Google Play (Android)

Open Google Play Store

Tap Profile icon

Go to Payments & subscriptions

Tap Subscriptions

Look for CapCut
If it appears there, it means the Google account logged into Play Store owns the subscription, not necessarily the CapCut account you're using.
Try logging into CapCut with the same Google account.
If you paid through Apple

Open Settings
-
Tap your Apple ID

Tap Subscriptions

Check for CapCut
If it’s there, you must log into CapCut using Sign in with Apple.
Restore the subscription Inside CapCut
Sometimes the subscription just needs to be restored.
Inside CapCut:

Open CapCut
-
Go to Profile
-
Tap Join Pro
-
Tap Restore Purchases
This reconnects the subscription to your current account.
Check email receipts
Search your email inbox for:

“CapCut receipt”
-
“Google Play receipt”
-
“Apple receipt”
The receipt will show the email used to purchase the subscription. That is the account you need to log into.
Most common cause:
People sign into CapCut with TikTok / email / Facebook, but the payment was made using another Google or Apple ID.
