Hi I have the Pro subscription. I have generated 5 custom avatar. But when i tried to generate another custom AI avatar, it says I have reached my limit.
How do i delete the previously created custom avatar so I can re-generate a new one? I have tried doing "re-customize" option but it seems that I could only re-customize only once for each custom avatar and I already used up and cannot re-customize anymore.

In CapCut, custom AI avatars currently have a hard limit (usually 5 at a time, depending on region and plan). Unfortunately, CapCut does not allow users to delete or reset their existing custom AI avatars once they’ve been generated.
Here’s what you can and cannot do about this:
What you can do:

Re-customize once per avatar – which you already discovered, but this is limited to only one re-customization per avatar.

Wait for CapCut’s reset cycle – in some cases, the quota resets after a certain billing cycle (monthly, like your Pro subscription), letting you create new avatars again.

Contact CapCut Support – through the app (Profile → Settings → Help → Report a Problem) or email them at [email protected]. Support can reset or delete avatars manually if requested.

Use a different CapCut account – logging in with another TikTok or CapCut account can give you a fresh limit (but your Pro subscription is tied to one account).
What you cannot do as of now:

Directly delete old avatars yourself in the app.

Exceed the avatar limit without waiting or contacting support.
If your goal is just to generate new styles rather than keep all 5, we would suggest reaching out to support and asking for a reset of your avatar slots.
