Hi, when I export my video, I see this pro option to share to Tik Tok. Can I download this version of the video with a pro account?

That “TikTok (Pro)” share option is not a separate downloadable version of your video.
What that TikTok Pro option actually is

It is a direct publishing integration.

It lets you upload straight to TikTok from CapCut.

The “Pro” label refers to account features, not a special export file.

The 9:16 (TikTok video size) you see is just the aspect ratio preset, not a different downloadable format.
Can you download that exact version?
Yes but not through the TikTok share button.
To download the same 9:16 version:

Make sure your project is set to 9:16

Click Export
-
Choose your resolution (1080p recommended)
-
Export normally to your computer
That exported file is the exact same format TikTok would receive.
When does Pro matter?
CapCut Pro affects:

Pro templates
-
Cloud features
-
Some AI tools
It does NOT create a special “TikTok Pro file” you can separately download.
If you have added any PRO specific features then you need to remove them otherwise it will not let you download/export without subscribing for CapCut PRO.
