Hi,

Try the following options and see if any works for you. Then let us know in this forum for further debugging. Let's start:

  • Video Format or Size:

Check: Ensure your videos are in a compatible format (e.g., MP4, MOV) and within the size limits specified by CapCut. Large files or unsupported formats can cause upload errors.

Solution: Convert your videos to MP4 format and compress them if they are too large. There are many free online tools available for video conversion and compression.

  • Internet Connection:

Check: A slow or unstable internet connection can interrupt the upload process, leading to errors.

Solution: Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if it resolves the issue. You can also try restarting your modem/router.

  • Ensure Consistency Between Videos: Verify that the individual in both the consent video and the avatar footage is the same. Discrepancies can lead to errors during the upload process.

  • Video Content:

Check: Although it's your own video, sometimes the AI consent process might have specific requirements regarding video content.

Solution: Ensure the videos clearly show your face and are well-lit. Avoid using excessive filters or effects in the original videos you are uploading for the AI avatar creation.

  • Improve Video Quality: Record your consent video in a well-lit environment using a high-quality camera. Poor lighting or low-resolution footage can hinder the system's ability to process the video correctly.

  • Check Audio Clarity: Ensure that the audio in your consent video is clear and that your microphone is functioning properly. Inaudible or missing audio can cause upload errors.

  • Update or Reinstall CapCut: Make sure you're using the latest version of CapCut. Outdated versions might have bugs that have been addressed in updates. If problems persist, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

  • Email: If above solutions have not worked for you then connect with CapCut technical team via email at [email protected] or commercepro.support@capcut.com.

Information to Provide: When contacting support, provide them with details about your CapCut Pro subscription, your member ID, and a detailed description of the error you are encountering. Screenshots or screen recordings of the error can also be helpful.
