Credits not added to PRO account for AI Video generation

Hi,

This can happen with CapCut PRO and the AI tools. Here is how it usually works and what you can do if your credits for AI video generation aren’t showing up:

Why it happens?

  1. Credits are not instant – sometimes they take a few hours to reflect after purchase/renewal.

  2. Different credit pools – CapCut has separate credits for AI Video, AI Avatars/Characters, and Cloud Storage. Even if you have PRO, some of these AI tools need their own credit pack.

  3. Region limitation – in some regions, AI features are still rolling out, and credits may not apply. So if you are in such region you can see the credits not appearing.

  4. Account mismatch – if you purchased PRO on mobile but are logged into a different account on desktop/web, the credits won’t appear.

Fixes to try now:

  1. Log out & log back in on all devices (PC, web, mobile). Sometimes the account refreshes the credits. Make sure you login to the same account which you bought the PRO plan.

  2. Check your “My Plan” section:

    • On PC: Profile → My Plan → AI Credits

    • On Mobile: Profile → Settings → My Account → My Plan

  3. Verify purchase – ensure you are on the same account (TikTok/Apple ID/Google ID) that you used to subscribe.

  4. Wait 24 hours – sometimes it syncs late after payment.

  5. Clear cache (on mobile: Settings → Clear Cache / on desktop: sign out & restart).

If still missing

  • Go to CapCut Support:

    • On PC: Profile → Settings → Help → Report a problem

    • On Mobile: Profile → Settings → Feedback

    • Email support: [email protected]
  • Attach screenshot of your PRO subscription + screenshot of AI credit balance.

  • The support should top-up the missing credits manually within couple of days.
