Capcut pro subscription disappeared

I renewed my subscription on 10/02/2025 and it just stopped working, it's asking me to get pro again. i have the bank statement with the 19.99 charge just need to get it fixed.

Step 1. Confirm which account you subscribed with

CapCut Pro is tied to the account you were logged into when purchasing not the device.

Check these:

  • Open CapCut > Me/Profile tab > Settings > Account info

  • Verify if you’re logged in with the same login method (email / Apple ID / Google account / TikTok) that you used when you subscribed.

  • If you renewed via iPhone, make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

  • If via Google Play or desktop, make sure it’s the same Google or CapCut account.

Step 2. Use Restore Purchases option on Mobile

If it is mobile (iOS or Android):

On iPhone

  1. Go to CapCut > Me > Settings > Restore Purchase.

  2. Wait a few seconds — if successful, your Pro badge should reappear.

On Android

  1. Open CapCut > Me > Settings.

  2. Scroll to find Restore purchase.

  3. It’ll recheck your Play Store subscription.

Step 3. If you are on PC (Desktop CapCut)

If you renewed on capcut.com or the CapCut PC app:

  • Go to https://www.capcut.com/pro

  • Log in using the exact same method you used when purchasing.

  • If it still shows “Upgrade to Pro,” log out → restart app → log in again.

Step 4. If still missing then contact CapCut customer support

Since you have the bank statement showing the $19.99 charge, you can open a direct support ticket.

Attach a screenshot of the bank statement showing:

  • Date

  • Amount

  • Merchant (“CAPCUT” or “BYTEDANCE”)

  • Your name or masked details (avoid showing full card number)
