  1. Hi, I am experiencing ongoing issues with my CapCut account. I previously submitted a complaint regarding the inability to publish my templates. I was advised to change my country settings on my phone, and I have done that, but the problem persists. Currently, I cannot log in to my account, and there is no button available for publishing my templates. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues. Please contact me to help find a solution. Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the details—let us break this down and work through it step by step. You are currently facing two main issues:

Issue 1: Cannot Publish Templates

You have:

  • Already contacted support about this before.

  • Were told to change your phone's country settings, which you did.

  • Still cannot publish templates.

  • There's no button available for publishing them.

Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. Account Country/Region Conflict

Even if your phone's region is changed, your CapCut account itself may still be tied to a restricted country (some regions like the EU have limited features like template publishing).

    What to try:

    • Log in at https://www.capcut.com on a browser.

    • Go to your Profile > Settings and look for region or country.

    • If you can’t change it there, try logging in with a new account set with a different region using a VPN (e.g., USA or UK).

  2. App Version Issue

Sometimes, template publishing is missing in older or regional builds of the app.

    Fix:

    • Ensure you have the latest version of CapCut from the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android).

    • Try switching to the CapCut Web version (on a PC or browser) to see if publishing templates is enabled there.

  3. Account Restrictions or Bans

CapCut might have flagged or restricted your account without an explicit notification.

    Fix:

    • Visit CapCut support page and submit a new complaint under “Account Issues” or “Template Publishing Problem.”

    • Mention that you have already followed regional change instructions and that no publishing button appears.

Issue 2: Cannot log in to your CapCut Account

Checklist to fix:

  1. Check Internet Connection
Make sure you are not on a restrictive network or VPN.

  2. Try logging in via different platforms

  3. Double-Check Your Login Credentials: It might sound obvious, but let's ensure you are using the correct email address or phone number and password associated with your CapCut account. Sometimes a simple typo can lock you out.
  4. Clear app cache / reinstall CapCut

    • Clear cache via your phone settings (for Android) or reinstall the app.

    • Go to your phone's Settings.
    • Find Apps or Application Manager.
    • Locate CapCut in the list of apps.
    • Tap on Storage.
    • You should see options to Clear Cache and Clear Data. Try clearing the cache first, and if the issue persists, try clearing the data (note that clearing data might log you out of the app, so ensure you have your login details handy).
    • Since you're using Pro and have saved projects, make sure they are backed up to the cloud before reinstalling.

  5. Use a different login method

    • If you originally signed up with Apple, Google, TikTok, etc., try switching login methods (example: if Google doesn't work, try Apple ID or email).

  6. Password Reset

Final suggestion

If both issues persist after trying all of the above, we recommend:

  • Submitting a detailed support request at:
    [email protected]
    Include:

    • Your account details (if you can recall them).
    • The specific error messages you are seeing (if any).
    • The steps you have already taken to resolve the issue (including changing country settings and any troubleshooting we discussed).
    • Screenshots of the login screen and the area where the publish button should be (if possible).
