i am facing a problem while exporting videos there is limitation issue, like i can export only 4 videos per week, if i try to exporting more then 4 videos then its says you are using pro versions of capcut like that , so can you please make it unlimited exporting for me , now i cant buy you pro version, may be i will by in future.
Hi,
CapCut has recently introduced new limitations for free users, especially when using features or templates associated with the Pro version. The issue you are facing being allowed to export only 4 videos per week—is part of these new restrictions.
Why This Is Happening:
-
CapCut now restricts exports using Pro features or assets (like Pro templates, effects, transitions, fonts, or music).
-
Even if you're editing a simple video, if it includes any Pro content (intentionally or by default), you'll hit this export limit.
-
Once you've exported 4 such videos in a week, CapCut will prevent further exports unless you upgrade to CapCut Pro.
How to Bypass or Fix This Without Buying Pro:
1. Check for Accidental Pro Features:
- Review your entire project carefully. Go through all your clips, layers, effects, transitions, text, filters, and audio. Look for any element that has a "Pro" badge or indicator.
- Remove any Pro features. If you find them, remove or replace them with free alternatives. This is often the primary reason for the "Pro version" message when you're not actually subscribed.
- Undo actions: Sometimes, if you've accidentally applied a Pro feature and then undone it, CapCut might still flag it. Try undoing several steps or even starting a new project if you can't find the culprit.
- Make sure you’re not using any Pro items, including:
- Templates labeled with “Pro”
- Effects or transitions with the yellow "Pro" badge
- Fonts, music, or stickers from the Pro section
2. Use CapCut on Different Platforms
CapCut limits are often tracked by account and device. You might be able to export more by:
-
Logging in with a different CapCut account (on mobile or PC)
-
Using the CapCut Web version ( https://www.capcut.com/editor ) – it may not have the same export limits yet
-
Switching devices (e.g., if using mobile, try PC or vice versa)
3. Clear Cache or Reinstall CapCut
Sometimes CapCut stores export limits in the cache. Try:
-
Clearing cache via CapCut settings
-
Logging out and back in
-
Reinstalling CapCut (note: only do this if your projects are backed up or stored in the cloud)
4. Workarounds for Export Limits (if the Pro message isn't due to Pro features):
- Screen Recording: This is a common workaround for many video editing apps with export limits.
- Set your CapCut project to full screen.
- Use your device's built-in screen recorder (or a third-party app) to record the playback of your edited video.
- Be aware that this might result in a slight quality reduction, and you'll need to trim the beginning and end of the recording to remove the UI elements.
- Downgrade CapCut Version: Older versions of CapCut have fewer restrictions. However, this is not officially supported and can come with risks:
- You might lose access to newer features or bug fixes.
- Older versions might have security vulnerabilities.
- It might not be compatible with your current projects or operating system.
- You would need to find a safe and reliable source for older APKs (for Android) or older installation files (for PC/Mac), which can be risky.
- Consider Alternatives (Free Video Editors): If CapCut's limitations are too restrictive, you might explore other free video editing software that might offer more flexibility. Some popular options include:
- VN Video Editor: A good mobile alternative.
- InShot: Another popular mobile editor.
- DaVinci Resolve (Desktop): A professional-grade editor with a very powerful free version, but it has a steeper learning curve.
- Kdenlive (Desktop, Open Source): A free and open-source video editor.
- Shotcut (Desktop, Open Source): Another free and open-source option.
5. Future Considerations (If you decide to buy Pro later):
- CapCut Pro offers features like 4K export, no watermark, premium effects, AI tools (like background removal and auto-captioning), and cloud storage.
- Keep an eye out for promotions or free trial offers from CapCut, as they sometimes run these.
We understand this isn't the "unlimited exporting" solution you were hoping for, but we have tried to suggest best options for you in this situation.
If the app says “You are using Pro version features,” it means your project contains at least one Pro item. Just remove or replace that item with a free one to unlock export.
Summary:
Solution | Effectiveness | Notes |
---|---|---|
Remove all Pro assets | High | Best way to keep exporting free |
Use different account/device | Moderate | Temporary workaround |
CapCut Web Editor | Moderate | May bypass export count |
Clear cache / reinstall app | Limited | Only works in some cases |
Use other free editors | High | Great backup if blocked |
