It helped me to delete the user's data while saving it, then download the latest version from Microsoft store and install it from the administrator. The pop-up doesn't appear now
Tried everything and still get the error. Last month it happened and the next day it was fixed. I've gotten it for 3 days now and it's still doing this. Can someone give us actual advice please? When we pay for a product we expect it to work
CapCut periodically checks:
- App integrity
- Version compatibility
- Network region and server reachability
If the app fails one of these checks especially network/region checks it blocks you with that Security Notice. That is why you can uninstall and reinstall forever but still get the same popup: the block is coming from CapCut’s server endpoint, not just the local app.
This also explains why sometimes it “fixes itself the next day” server-side rules or regional routing changes temporarily allow the checks to succeed.
Enable a VPN, connect to a foreign server, then launch CapCut once with that active. That is the one step that many users on our forum have reported whichresolves the persistent error long-term.
