Couldn't sign in. Try again later - Unable to login my Capcut Account

Hello everyone, from last 4-5 days I'm trying to login my Capcut Account but it says "Couldn't sign in. Try again later", pls help me in this matter.

Basic Checks

• Check your internet connection

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if it works on one network.

• Make sure CapCut servers aren’t down

CapCut sometimes has temporary outages. If it started suddenly and affects many users, waiting is the only fix.

Update or reinstall CapCut

Update the app

Go to Play Store / App Store → search CapCut → update.

If still not working, reinstall

  1. Uninstall CapCut

  2. Restart your phone

  3. Reinstall CapCut

  4. Try logging in again

This clears corrupted app data that often causes the login issue.

Clear CapCut Cache

Settings → Apps → CapCut → Storage → Clear cache + Clear data
Then try signing in again.

Try a different login method

If you originally used:

  • Google

  • TikTok

  • Facebook

  • Apple ID

  • Phone number

Try logging in through the same method, or test another method to see if login works at all.

Check if your account was restricted
