When I open the CapCut Dreamina site, it asks for my birthday. Every time I put in my birthday and hit confirm, it doesn't accept and just stays there.

This is actually a common issue with CapCut Dreamina, and it is usually not your birthday that’s the problem but it’s how the system handles age verification.
Why it keeps rejecting your birthday
1. It doesn’t use what you type
On the web version (including Dreamina), CapCut does NOT store your birthday from that screen.
Instead, it pulls your age from whatever you used to sign in like TikTok, Google, Apple, etc.
So:
- You type your birthday → hit confirm
- But the system checks your linked account → mismatch → it loops or doesn’t proceed
2. Cached / bugged session
Sometimes it just gets stuck because:
- Cookies/session data are broken
- The page fails to refresh after input
- Temporary server glitch
3. Age restriction triggers
If your linked account says you're under the required age:
- It may silently block progress
- Or just keep you stuck on that screen
CapCut enforces age limits (which is 13+ or higher depending on your region)
What you should try
Fix #1 — Check your login account birthday
This is the BIG one.
- If you logged in with:
- TikTok → check TikTok DOB
- Google → check Google account birthday
- Apple ID → check Apple ID birthday
Make sure it matches your real age and is above the minimum age to use CapCut.
Fix #2 — Log out and use a different sign-in method
Try:
- Instead of TikTok → use Google/email
- Or vice versa
This bypasses the stuck birthday loop.
Fix #3 — Clear browser data
Do this exactly:
- Clear cookies + cache
