in my content production agency we are currently using 3 individual CapCut Pro subscriptions, but we are experiencing frequent access issues (“too many attempts” and unexpected logouts).
We would like to switch to the Team Plan, and we need around 10 seats, all with full Pro features for all. We kindly request the following information:
Costs and conditions of the Team Plan (10 seats, monthly/annual pricing, VAT is included or excluded).
Whether it is possible to receive a refund for the individual Pro subscriptions already purchased, and what the procedure is.
Information regarding business invoicing and the data required to receive proper invoices.
Activation times and steps for the Team Plan. In particular, we would like to know if it is possible to migrate the emails/accounts already subscribed to individual Pro plans into the Team Plan, or if it is necessary to create new accounts for the Team seats.

CapCut’s teams pricing is region/channel dependent and is not published for bulk seat counts currently. For a firm monthly vs annual quote including VAT for 10 seats, please contact CapCut sales/support
Refunds: CapCut’s Terms allow a full refund within 14 calendar days of subscription start if the premium service hasn’t been used, but refunds are also subject to the store (Apple/Google) rules when purchased through those stores. For purchases via app stores you must follow Apple/Google refund processes. For web purchases, contact CapCut support, at the mail ID provided above, with proof.
Business invoices / VAT: CapCut provides invoices/receipts and in practice you will need to supply standard business invoice data (company name/invoice title, billing address, VAT/tax ID, the CapCut account ID/CCID and purchase receipt). Some countries require you enter tax number at purchase to get a VAT invoice. If you can’t download an invoice from your account UI, contact support with those details.
Activation & migration: Team activation means create a Space, buy seats and invite team emails; assign Admin/Collaborator roles. CapCut’s collaboration model uses Spaces and invites.
However Pro subscriptions themselves are tied to individual accounts means migrating a paid individual subscription into a Team seat is not guaranteed automatically. In many cases you’ will either
(A) invite existing accounts into the Team (those accounts will then occupy seats) or
(B) cancel individual subscriptions / request refunds and reassign seats centrally.
