hi i have bought capcut pro for 1 year subscription but now it says your pro benifits have expired for 6 days
Hi,
Don’t worry, this is a very common CapCut Pro issue and can be fixed.
Why this happens?
Even with an active 1-year plan, CapCut can show “Pro benefits expired” because of:
-
Account sync issues
-
Logged into the wrong account (email vs Google/Apple/TikTok)
-
App cache glitch
-
Store payment not restoring properly
Fixes to try in this order:
Make sure you are logged into the correct account
This is the #1 cause.
-
Open CapCut → Profile
-
Check how you logged in (Google / Apple ID / TikTok / email)
-
Log out → log back in using the same method you used when you paid
Example:
If you paid using Google Play, logging in with Apple ID means Pro won’t show.
Restore your purchase
-
Go to Profile → Pro / Subscription
-
Tap Restore Purchase
-
Wait a few seconds and restart the app
Check payment status in your app store
Depending on where you bought it:
Google Play
-
Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
-
Confirm CapCut Pro is Active, not expired
Apple App Store
-
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
-
Check CapCut Pro status
If it shows active there → the issue is on CapCut’s side means this is good news, fixable.
Update CapCut + clear cache
-
Update CapCut to the latest version
-
On Android:
Settings → Apps → CapCut → Storage → Clear cache (not data)
Then reopen the app.
Contact CapCut support who will restore the access for you:
If nothing worked, do this—include proof so CapCut support can respond to you fast.
In the app
-
Profile → Settings → Help & Feedback → Contact Support
Email to [email protected]
Include:
-
Screenshot of payment receipt
-
Date of purchase
-
Subscription duration (1 year)
-
The message “Pro benefits expired for 6 days”
Support team will solve this issue within 24–72 hours.
