I had the same issue when everyone else, then it started working again, guess what, as of now it doesnt work again, I dont know if im the only one. Capcut said they dont refund digital products and when I asked if I can get next month for free they never replied 🙂 Great application, dont know what is so hard in making it working properly, we are not living in 2010
Fix this issue. I was hoping the you would fix this in your next update but the problem previals and I have been delaing with this problem for roughly 1.5-2 months now having to manually keyframe those in animations. Easy to say use VPN. Do I need to pay for another VPN subscription just to use Capcut now?
They have been ignoring me for Weeks now. The support here told me to contact pro support, they asked me two times for things that I already provided and then ghosted me.
They asked for a video of the issue (which keep in mind I sent them previously using the feedback option as they asked) and no reply.
They don't give a shit about paying customers.
