I really can't understand why a simple automated task doesn't exist in the most popular digital tool in the world. You've even mentioned all the use cases in your answers, but none of them exist out there, neither in the mobile app nor in the web version nor in the desktop app...
Please make at least one that is working, and inform all your users, because there are a lot of businesses that use your service. And businesses need invoices.
We tried very persistently for two weeks to get CapCut Support to send us an invoice. At first they asked for information that the team needed to create the invoice, but now they suddenly said the following - quote:
"Hello,
We sincerely appreciate you purchasing CapCut membership.
We're so sorry ,CapCut is a product currently meant for personal usage only and hence we currently do not support invoicing to businesses.
Sincerely,
Capcut Support Team"
We will switch back to another editing program. Such a waste of time.
