Capcut Stuck "Loading..." after clicking Export

Upon clicking the export button on my video. capcut sits here LOADING forever and does nothing.

When trying to export a different video. it works flawlessly.

Only difference is that on the affected video I used Auto Caption, and not on the other. This was used with the free credit so no premium issues should be occurring.

I manually removed all text boxes produced by the captions and replaced them with standard boxes yet the issue persists.

I have made all changes to performance tab reccomneded by other issues and posts, still no resolution.

File size is less than 1gb.

Estoy pagando CapCut Pro para usar la IA del programa, pero con la última actualización han puesto la IA de generación de videos con créditos. El problema es que, cuando yo le pido a la IA que me haga un video, ya sea de imágenes o de clips con un tiempo máximo de 180 segundos o 3 minutos, me prepara el video de más tiempo o me lo hace de menos de un minuto y no de 3 minutos como yo le pido.

Entonces, si le digo que me lo prepare de nuevo, me resta los créditos del primer video que me generó mal y no me los devuelve para que me haga el video como yo le pido. No respeta los tiempos que le pongo y, encima, me quita créditos por un mal video o trabajo que le pido.

Mi cuenta es Pro y no tengo por qué pagar de más para crear los videos. Deberían añadir los créditos a los usuarios que son Pro y que no tengan que pagar de más.

Capcut Dreamina not accepting birthday

Mask an item in a video

I need help with adding a mask to hide an item in the middle of a video. How do I start and stop a mask in a video? I'm using keyframes to start and stop the mask. I find the mask frame still exists in the video and keeps growing as the video is forwarded. Is there a way to keep that from happening? Thank you.

Capcut Volume Booster Download

Just curious,

Downloaded the Capcut volume booster on PC. Installed it, and when I open Capcut I don't see any of the features identified on the page where I downloaded it from. Even on videos that I supplied a separate soundtrack, and selected the tracks with sound, the controls seem identical. The controls seem identical to before I installed Capcut? Am I missing something? I'm wondering if the button(s) are hidden or I just don't see them. For your consideration - I thank you.
